![]() ![]() Tell me, do you ever tell the truth in your posts or is everything a complete lie? As someone who has played just about every AARP, the "action" keyboard and mouse set up in VV is not at all clunky and is probably the most precise control scheme seen in any AARP to date. wait arent you the guy who originally caused the OP to buy Grim Dawn w/ your "recommendation" in the first place?. I do want to try out Grimd Dawn and Victor Vran and Van Helsing but. If you want a more story and weapon based system go for Victor Vran. If you want longevity, deeper loot and class based system go for Grim Dawn (probably closer to diablo). The world design felt more thought out in GD. My annoyance with Grim Dawn is because there isnt truly as much randomness to the grinding which makes it grow a little boring faster than PoE, it has some Diablo 3 infection like auto-coin pickup, not needing to identify items, and a ludicrous amount of inventory space. Believe it or not they're two different kinds of action rpg. whereas in GD everything is done with the mouse. Though I liked the interactions between VH and Kat (the ghost) I found the builds more appealing in Grim Dawn. Enter an apocalyptic fantasy world where humanity is on the brink of extinction, iron is valued above gold and. Uh huh.and Grim Dawn's combat isn't nsidering in Victor Vran you can move around with WASD, aim with your mouse in any direction while moving in the opposite direction and assign all of your powers, grenades, and weapon skills to any button you want. Van Helsing is more traditional, and is pretty good. UNLESS you're using a mouse and keyboard in which case the controls are still a bit clunky at the moment. Victor Vran has my vote - it breaks from traditional arpg's by putting a lot more emphasis on the 'a' than the 'rpg' part - abilities are determined by the weapon you're using, you can jump, dodge, etc. ![]() Theres also multiplayer for Grim Dawn, I cant remember if Victor Vran.
